What we Offer

Within our Natural Europe Specialty Business Unit, we offer a Team Area Manager position, based in the South of Italy.

The mission is to develop the sales according to annual targets and to build a sustainable business, managing budget and distributors assigned.

The role will be reporting to the Commercial Director of Italy

 

What you will do

  • Build plans by clients, in collaboration with distributors and Sales development, finding synergies with the initiatives of Brand development.
  • Define, implement and analyse the actions that can help to develop the business on the market.
  • Ensure the execution and tracking of the business plan
  • In coordination with our Customer Marketer and Sales Development, transfer content to our Key Clients to maximise the visibility of our brands
  • Support the distributors on their sales team development
  • Define strategy and action favouring teamwork of Visual, Vet and sales team.
  • Support the distributors on secondary agreement negotiations.
  • Working crosswise with the Commercial Director, the Sales Development team, the Marketing team and the Operations team to contribute to the development of the overall commercial vision of the market assigned .
  • Identify business opportunities, quantify and develop them
  • Management of the Trade investment and budget assigned.

 

 

What we are looking for

Multinational background, with strong experience on the Italian terriroty and team management of sales team, directly or with sales agent.

A previous experience in Trade Marketing and/or Marketing department will be a plus.

The ideal candidate is preferably working for companies in the retail and consumer sector

 

 Job Skills and Knowledge

 

Team Management experience: set up the development plan of sales team/distributors; capability to solidify the teamwork inside the area assigned, thanks to relationship.

 

Customer Management experience: set up the client’s account plan (promotions, assortment, visibility…) in order to maximize turnover and the profit.

 

Analytical attitude: ability to identify the source of business, risks and opportunities of each client. Definition of the promotional plan, analysis of the results and finding the adequate adjustments based on the learnings.

Experience in direct interaction with clients: ability to support the company strategy with clients
