What we offer 

We offer an international HRBP role in our Original Grocery Business Unit. From an HR perspective you will join a Management Committee with Sales Country Directors (France, Spain & Italy) and Global Marketing Director to define the Business Unit Strategy and align it with the global company goals.

Playing a key role in our company growth, you will focus on employee development strategy to build international high-performance teams that will represent Affinity’s Petcare values & purpose

What you will do 

  • Create, organize and implement employee’s development initiatives aligned with Human Resources Strategy.
  • Encourage Affinity’s culture defining engagement programmes and championing best in class employee experience.
  • Design Organizational development structures and assess Talent development needs.
  • Recruit the talent needed for the development of the business guaranteeing an outstanding candidate experience. 
  • Ensure HR annual processes are successfully implemented in the Business Unit (Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Development Planning, Budgeting, Salary Planning, etc…)
  • Design Talent Development programs for the BU lined up with our Talent Development Strategy that facilitates our employees to thrive their capabilities.
  • Raise a diverse and international mindset across the different countries (FR, SP, PL & IT) and foster best practices sharing.
  • Promote a collaborative way of working among Cross HR Functions (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development) and Country HR Managers.
  • Follow up on HR KPIs and detect improvement opportunities and definition of action plans. 

What we are looking for

  • +10 years experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Business related degree
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment 
  • Analytical and results oriented
  • Previous experience in leading and collaborating in high scale projects 
  • Willing to leave your footprint in a fast-growing international company.
  • Absolut fluent in English (it is our working language), French would be a plus.
