What we offer

We offer an International Marketing Manager position in the Natural Specialty Business Unit 

The Marketing Manager will be accountable for a global brand and will lead an international team (4 people) located in our key markets across Europe.

Responsibilities include increasing market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive company’s growth.

What you will do

  • Understand the category and the Brand under her/his responsibility both internationally and locally (5 markets).
  • Define and implement the Brand Vision, Brand strategy and the main growth drivers.
  • Detect new brand opportunities on a global basis taking into consideration the local business needs and the category development of the different countries.
  • Do an annual business review by country to identify local needs and new business opportunities.
  • Define and lead the global innovation Brand pipeline with a long term vision and the deployment in each core market.
  • Create the annual global and local marketing plan: new product development, media & communication strategy, pricing & consumer promotion strategies in order to boost sales and grow the category.
  • Develop a digital brand strategy together with Digital team to ensure an effective brand impact on online ecosystem across all customer journey.
  • Manage global Brand P&L and use financial analyses to drive the strategy and take decisions for the business.
  • Analyze and interpret market and consumer data from different sources to identify potential opportunities and strength brand positioning.
  • Member of the Market Committees (monthly meetings) of all countries to contribute on the brand decisions on that market.

What we are looking for

  • More than 10 years of experience in Marketing Department within a FMCG business.
  • Experience on defining a brand positioning and all brand assets behind this positioning.
  • Background on establishing a global brand strategy and identifying the key growth drivers
  • A candidate with deeply experience in business and markets as she/he will be in charge of the brand in 5 different geographies.
  • Experience in managing senior and multicultural teams creating a high performance culture.
  • Experience on leading global projects across different countries and managing international teams.
  • Understand and manage Brand P&L and define plans to get the annual targets.
  • Detect new brand opportunities on a global basis taking into consideration the local business needs and the category development of the different countries.
  • Ability to win stakeholders confidence, applying expertise and credibility and professional leadership.
  • Exceptional organization skills. Experience of successfully delivering multiple projects.
  • Outstanding presentation skills being able to cover the main objective effectively and with a clear ability to engage the key stakeholders.




  • Experience of marketing through all leverages: product development, media strategy and activation plans, communication strategy and implementation, pricing and point of sales activities.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: experience in defining the digital assets for the brand and establishing the integration within the Brand strategy.
  • Confident, driven and dynamic leader able to maintain the internal visibility of the team members, boosting at the same time the team growth.
  • University Degree on Business/Marketing/Communication or similar
  • English is our main language. Other languages such as French, Italian or Portuguese will be highly valued!
