The Customer Service International Markets team is responsible of ensuring the flow of receipt of the order - delivery - billing - collection of the portfolio of distributors assigned worldwide.
The mission of this role is to offer an excellent service by creating an exceptional relationship with our international partners around the world, with comprehensive management of the OTC (Order to Cash) process, management of export documentation and solving any incident to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
