What we offer

The Customer Service International Markets team is responsible of ensuring the flow of receipt of the order - delivery - billing - collection of the portfolio of distributors assigned worldwide.

The mission of this role is to offer an excellent service by creating an exceptional relationship with our international partners around the world, with comprehensive management of the OTC (Order to Cash) process, management of export documentation and solving any incident to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

What you will do

  • Order management process
  • Stock availability and breakage analysis
  • Transportation coordination
  • Preparation of phytosanitary certification (EHC) and / or customs documentation
  • Billing and collection monitoring
  • Resolution of incidents and issuance of fertilizers
  • Management of commercial agreements and rates
  • Reporting to the sales team

Contact with others Position and / or Departments

External

  • Partners: order confirmation, incidents, sending documentation
  • Transport agents: load coordination
  • Customs agents: customs documentation management
  • Certification agents: MAPA / CEXGAN, Generalitat / DAAM, Chamber of Commerce

Internal

  • Sales team: reporting the status of orders and sales forecast, management of special agreements, resolution of incidents
  • Supply Chain: delivery preparation and load coordination, product availability analysis
  • Quality: preparation of phytosanitary documentation, resolution of incidents
  • Treasury: consultation and management of customer collections 

What we are looking for

  • 2 year experience in export management outside the European Union in Customer Service or Supply Chain departments. Highly valued in food production companies.
  • SAP SD knowledge
  • Knowledge of the Incoterms
  • English and Spanish are our main languages. Other European languages will be highly valued!
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, specially Excel
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to work in teams and communication skills
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactivity, energy and adaptability to change
  • Autonomy, flexibility and empathy
