What we offer 

We offer a sales representative position to join our Original Grocery Business Unit in the South area in Spain. We’re looking for a results-driven sales passionate person to actively seek out and engage customers and develop at Affinity a Sales Career.

What you will do 

  • You will be acountable for our products presence and visibility in the point of sales to boost sales and market share.
  • Guarentee our products presence in the shelf.
  • Promote our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Responsible for Perfect Store Execution in all assigned Point of Sales. Second Placements, maximize our brands shelves positioning, Displays follow-up.
  • Ensure proper execution of commercial plans
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Look for new out of the box selling opportunities
  • Continuously improve through feedback

What we are looking for

  • Passion for sales and eagerness to learn
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a FMCG Trade or Sales Department will be highly valued
