We are looking for dynamic and quick-learning person with a curious mindset to join the Consumer Care team in Affinity Petcare as a Trainee.
We offer a Consumer Care Trainee position (Consumer Care Service –CCS-) in the Corporate Marketing Services Department. It is a transversal department with a wide consumer vision from the organization.
What you will do
- Analyze Consumer Care KPIs and cases, extract learnings and summarize key initiatives for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Daily follow-up of main KPIs to detect anomalies
- Generate periodic reports to be shared across the company
- Keep the Processes Document updated
- Ensure up-to-date knowledge on systems, procedures and suppliers in new channels
- Coordinate with countries and other departments, the roll-out of the chat tool
What we looking for
- Candidates currently studying a University Degree on Digital, Computer Science, Information Management or similar
- You are able to sign an internship agreement with your school
- Excellent level of English and Spanish. Other languages such as Italian, French or Portuguese will be highly valued!
- Experience with BI Tools will be a plus
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
- Curiosity to find insights in data
- Ability of analysis and synthesis of cases
