What we offer

We are looking for a Demand Planner to lead the demand process for Iberia, Spain & Portugal in Specialist and Grocery Channels. The position is responsible for reviewing the forecast mix & volume helping the markets to achieve their business objectives. Creating collaborative relationships across the sales, marketing and supply chain organizations is critical to the success of this position and this position is critical to the success of the company.

 What you will do

• Manage and shape demand for all SKU using our demand software
• Calculate a baseline forecast, based on statistic models, and the cleansed historical data
• Add to the baseline forecast, all the relevant information from the commercial area, market plans, promotions and customer trends
• Provide support to the commercial team regarding sales evolution and forecast perspective, proactively help market teams identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Lead the Consensus Meeting to validate future demand together with Sales, marketing and Finance teams.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to manage portfolio transitions
• Link the commercial team with Logistics and manufacturing.
• Follow-up service KPI

What we are looking for

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply chain Management, Engeneering
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent English is a must
• SAP, APO and R, Phyton will be highly appreciated it
