My Whizzy Plan
Our My Whizzy plan revolves around three main concepts: driving innovation in the workplace, promoting a culture of empowerment and transversality, and encouraging participants to be agents of change.
The programme consists of three phases: the first, ‘Zoom Out’, involves looking outwards and observing and learning from the most innovative companies; the second, ‘Zoom In’, involves in-depth work on personal leadership; and the third phase, ‘Connecting the Dots’, aims to link all the learning from the full programme and define an action plan.
Leadership in action
Our programme for ‘first-time managers’ and lateral leaders is designed to provide participants with the tools to develop and help them with their own growth as well as that of their teams.
The programme consists of self-awareness sessions, operational and relational leadership sessions and individual coaching sessions.
