Taking care of them starts with taking care of everything else.

At Affinity Petcare we know that the health of a dog or cat depends not only on what they eat, but also on the people who care for them and the planet we all share.

That's why we've been working for years on four fronts: the planet we need to protect, the products we make, the people who make them possible, and the communities where we operate. Below, we'll tell you what we've already done, what we're doing, and what still lies ahead.

Environmental commitment

We take care of the planet we share with the people and animals that inhabit it: this is how we measure it.

Product quality and safety

The quality and safety of what we offer to dogs and cats starts long before the packaging: in how we choose each ingredient.

Our team

Behind every commitment to the planet and to animals there is a team of people who make it possible every day.

Social commitment

The bond between people and animals also translates into a commitment to the communities in which we operate.

Governance and ethics

The trust we ask for from the outside is based on how we govern ourselves internally.

Certifications and validations

Every commitment we state can be verified through an independent third party.

ISO 22000 (food safety)

Quality and food safety management is certified through the implementation of ISO 22000 in the Affinity Petcare factories in Spain, France and Italy.

ISO 14001 (environmental management, Spain)

The factory in Spain is also certified by ISO 14001 on environmental management systems.

ISO 17025 (in progress, not certified)

Initiation of ISO 17025 compliance by means of a gap analysis.

SBTi Validation

To this end, in April 2025 Affinity Petcare received validation from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for its decarbonisation targets for 2030 and 2050.

EcoVadis: Silver Medal

Affinity Petcare holds the EcoVadis Silver Medal.
